Aetna Producer World is a powerful agent portal that puts all of your tools in one place.
Please note this uses images from a PC. The view on a tablet or phone will look different, although the functionality should still be there.
If you have not received a Writing Number, many of these features will not be visible to you. Once you have completed certifications and received your Writing Number, the site will be available.
Start here
Make sure you are logging in to the Agents/Brokers site.
Once you are logged in, click on Individual Medicare in the black bar towards the top of the page.

Certifications – Your access to the Aetna/SilverScript certifications.
Enrollment Kits – Ordering, printing, and downloading.

SilverScript Portal – Use this when managing your PDP sales with Aetna.
Aetna Plans
If you choose not to use the Quick Links, the tabs divide information so you can find what you want easier.
You may access Plan information in the first tab which includes the MA/MAPD/DSNP information by clicking on the appropriate links under MA/MAPD.
The PDP information is located under the SilverScript PDP.
You will find the First Looks for the year, the plan guides (which are essential), the ANOC plan changes, the OTC catalogs.
You can even compare plans and estimate costs as well as see the plan documents, such as Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits, and Formulary.
Requirements to sell
The second tab, Requirements to sell contains everything you need to know to be ready to sell Aetna MAPD and PDP products.
Learn
The Learn tab has several drop-down menus for your convenience. Keep in mind, that the materials on this tab are for agent use only.
Tools to help you market and sell, training views, reference flyers, guidance for marketing, sales, and educational events, the Producer News for the past 2 years, and the last, but not least, the latest and greatest SEP announcements.
Share
Under the Share tab, you will have access to marketing, sales, educational materials as well as member forms that you can share with your clients.
Network
Under the Network tab, there are provider directories, links to find providers online for Aetna, Allina Health, and Innovation Health.
Also, you can find in-network pharmacies.
Enroll
When you click the Enroll tab, you will find information about Ascend Virtual Sales Office app, e-kits, or RATE. You can print, download, or order enrollment kits, plan guides, and other helpful materials.
There are enrollment reports available, the ability to upload an enrollment application, enroll by mail or fax, information about the Value-Based Enrollment (VBE) program, and how much extra money you may be leaving on the table.
Reports
The next tab is your access to the reports.
Your book of a business report is located here as well as the pending application report. Need to know about a specific member? You can search by just that member.
If you have an agency, you will be able to access your personal book of business as well as the agency's information.
The commission payee reports are available here as well.
Compensation
The last tab is Compensation, there is detailed information on how and when Aetna pays compensation for your hard work and much more.
